VTL STORES Xpress Delivery is only available for the above locations, any delivery beyond these locations (Within or Outside Lagos), would be treated by our external delivery agents at a minimum cost to the customer:

Our customer care lines are open from 8am to 9pm Mondays to Saturdays and from 3pm to 9pm on Sundays.
Delivery Options:
We currently offer two delivery options:
Xpress Delivery (Same Day Delivery) and Custom Day Delivery (any day of your choice except Sundays)
Xpress Delivery (Same Day Delivery)
- Order placement between 6am-2pm
- Delivery commences 2pm
- No Deliveries on Sundays
- Deliveries on Environmental sanitation Saturdays starts at 3pm
Custom Delivery (Next Day Delivery /Any day of your choice except Sundays)
- Order placement between 2pm-8pm (Next Day Delivery)
- Delivery commences 2pm Next Day
- No Deliveries on Sundays
- Deliveries on Environmental sanitation Saturdays starts from 3pm
In Store Pick-Up:
Store Pick-Up is also available
- Order Placement commences Monday to Saturday 10am-8pm
- All Orders must be placed 2 hours before coming to pick-up at either of our branches

2.) Ikota: VTL Stores. 4A, Road 1, (Lekki County Homes Road),Ikota Villa Estate,Ikota, Lekki-Epe Road,Lagos.
Other Conditions:
In view of the traffic and parking situations, kindly note that VTL STORES Xpress dispatcher can only wait a maximum period of 10 minutes from when he gets to your location as other deliveries are pending. Please out of consideration do all that is necessary to hasten the delivery process to you.
